It’s getting to be that time of year again. The 6th Annual Seattle Juggling and Footbag Festival is scheduled to happen between November 16th - 18th.

Having attended the first four SJFFs (only missing last year for personal reasons), I can say with honesty that this event gets better and better every year; I heard from everyone that last years was the best yet and, from what I hear, this year will live up to the trend. Personally, I’m going to do everything I can do to make sure I don’t miss it again this year.

Freedom Footbags will be in full attendance again this year (Daryl and Co. have been to every single one of them) and I do believe we’ll be sponsoring the event too (D?).

The Seattle Juggling and Footbag Festival (SJFF) is the only event of its kind in the world.

This year, the SJFF takes place Nov. 16th, 17th, 18th. Now in its sixth year the SJFF was created to bridge the gap between jugglers and footbag players (hacky sack) and encourage everyone to use all four limbs.

The Festival, which is open to the public, features games, workshops, contests, two live performances and in-depth access to top professionals in the juggling and footbag world. Also the NW Variety Arts Forum was such a success it will be happening again this year. Sunday evening performers of all experience levels are welcome to come and share ideas and get feedback on their act.

The Festival climaxes on Saturday night (November 17th at 7:00 pm) with the All 4 Limbs Variety Show. This once a year event is one of Seattle’s best kept secrets. Bring your family to see world-class comedians, jugglers, jazz musicians, freestyle footbag, magicians, celebrity guest appearances and physical theater so unique it we can’t really describe it.
