Freedom Footbags: ‘An Invaluable Asset to Footbag’
If you’ve been keeping up with our blog, you’ll know that Freedom Footbags has been instrumental in providing sponsorship to a variety of tournaments. Large corporate sponsors for footbag tournaments are practically unheard of, so without support from companies like Freedom Footbags, many events simply couldn’t happen. We recently sponsored the 6th Annual Seattle Juggling and Footbag Festival, and the First Annual New York Freestyle Association (NYFA) Freestyle Symposium.
A few days ago I got a thank you card from the tournament organizer of the 1st Annual NYFA Freestyle Symposium, Barrett Neimeth:
When you are doing something positive for the sport, it is always nice to be recognized for the efforts and I truly appreciate it. This part of the letter really summed it up for me (highlighted in the text above) :
Without your help this tournament would not have been possible. You sponsor so many tournaments, care tremendously about this sport, and there needs to be more people like you. You are an invaluable asset to footbag.
Anyhow, that’s enough tooting of our own horn here. We just wanted to let our customers know that when they choose to support us, they are helping to support more than just one footbag company - They are supporting the sport of footbag.
