Freedom Footbags is happy to announce a new way to serve our customers: Live Support Chat. We’ve installed and tested a new support interface that will allow customers to get 1 on 1 live customer support. Here’s a screenshot of a test conversation I had with myself:
This support program does not require any special software downloads to run.
Get help with:
- Order status questions
- Product availability
- General product questions
- Security questions and concerns
- Special color choices
- Footbag terminology
- Trick advice (limit, one trick per day)
Simply go to the support page to speak with a live representative (this may not be available at all times, but we will make every effort to keep our status current).

This is wicked sweet, and very helpful. I was personally helped through my inside kick dilemma, and my question about the website was answer. I absolutely love the service on this website. I plan to buy Quantams from here instead of Lavers locally, so I can support the site. Live on Freedom Footbags!
