Juicy Shred
Jim put together a short video showcasing his day of shred at the Freedom Shredquarters on January 25th, 2008. Along with some pretty massive tricks and runs, this short video also reveals his (previously) secret training preparation techniques.

There are also a few runs of my wife Sunny, one of which doesn’t end so nicely, but there were no permanent injuries.
