1. The customer must find the identical item on a competitor’s site at a lower price including shipping costs. Note that we charge $4.00 for shipping, regardless of destination (Quantum Footbag Shoes do cost more).
2. This offer does not apply to competitor’s sales items or closeouts.
3. In order to qualify for the Free Mr. Sandbag footbag, the customer much purchase a footbag (hacky sack) at this website, www.freedomfootbags.com for the higher price! This must be the identical item offered by our competitor at a lower price.
4. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify Freedom Footbags either in the comments box (on the payment page during checkout) or via email (sales at freedomfootabgs.com) of the URL of the competitor’s footbag in order to claim their free Mr. Sandbag. This must be done before the customer’s order has been shipped, otherwise, a $4.00 shipping charge applies. Regardless of when the item is shipped, the customer must notify Freedom Footbags within 3 days after the order has been placed in order to qualify for the free footbag.
