New Quantum 03 Shipment is IN!
We just wanted to let everyone know the new shipment of Quantum 03 footbag shoes has finally arrived!
We’ve spent most of the weekend making boxes and inspecting the shipment.
It’s looking like the majority of the shipment will go towards replacing the shoes shipped out in the original order, as a good many of of the pairs from the initial shipment had defective soles that started to come off after just a few sessions. If you were one of these customers please contact us immediately so that we can send your replacement (phone, toll free 1-866-542-5374… 1-866-KICKFRE or email: sales at freedomfootbags.com)!
Once we’ve determined exactly what customers needed replacement shoes, we’ll be shipping them out throughout the week. After the replacements have been taken care of, customers that ordered the newer pairs will receive theirs – basically we’re shipping out the new shoes in the order they were ordered (weather its a new shoe or a replacement).

Will the people that didn’t get the shoes when they pre-ordered them in August get there’s first before the replacement pairs go out?

The soles on my Q3s are starting to come unglued a teeny bit, but I’ll pass on a replacement pair. I can fix it myself. Thanks for the offer. More for the people who have been waiting so patiently!

What will happen to the people who are not recieving replacement pairs and pre-ordered their shoes later than everyone else? Will they have to wait for a new shipment to come in?

I have been desperatly trying to get my hands on a pair of the 3.1’s. Are there only certain times when there are certain sizes? I need a size 11. Is there anyway to special order a pair or something?
