One Off - 001
This footbag video is inspired partly by the “Stephen Barnes One Shot” meme going around, as well as the general “Online Competitions” forum on modified (despite the fact that I’m not competing against anyone in particular in posting this).
The “short clip” philosophy is very appropriate for YouTube and is mostly inspired by Ken Somolinos, who has been publishing short clips of himself for the past year or so. I have generally published compilation videos in the past, and while I will continue to do so, I also wanted to start getting some single-run clips out there, just for fun 
I’m not going to make the concerted effort to delineate when I turn on the camera for my “one shot” (as in the Stephen Barnes challenge), but rather I’m just going to choose my best run of the day, if I happen to be recording
