I recently went from part- to full-time employment as a structural engineer (gotta pay the bills somehow) and my wife Sunny has recently, graciously taken over the majority of the shipping and handling duties. Here’s a copy of a letter we received from one of our many satisfied customers (I meant to post this a while ago but have been buried in mountains of work, specifically paperwork)…

Dear Sunny Genz,

I must thank you and the rest of your company, for your fast, easy and comfortable service.

I ordered the glow in the dark hacky tuesday Oct. 21 and was at my door friday Oct. 24 when I got home from work. Some friends and played for hours. thanks to the glowing hack we did have to stop at dark .thank you for that.

But, the best part is that a friend of ordered one from a different website, the friday before I did . He still has not received it . It also cost him $ 4 more then what I paid .
