Quantum 03: Logistics Problem

I just got off the phone with the manufacturer of the Quantum ’03′s.

As of today, the shoes have not yet been sent. Apparently the order is fully completed, but do to a “logistics problem” they are not able to actually ship the shoes for at a “maximum three days”…

I would be a lot more believing of this statement had the actual ship date not changed 5 times already… First it was Oct 31st, then Nov 15th, then Nov 30th, then 1st week of Dec, then 2nd week, then Dec 18th… I wanted to talk to him in person to try and get a sense from his voice as to if they were *really* going to be shipped this time or not. I think some of it gets lost in the translation, but I had a fairly good feeling that he was being honest about the whole situation. So, it’s looking like our order will arrive sometime right around the new year.

We will keep you posted. We are very sorry that this has been such a mess and a letdown for all involved. We have permanently discontinued “pre-sale” of the shoe, since we don’t feel comfortable selling based on someone else’s promises that we can’t keep.
