Yours truly breaks video-silence; Dylan Fry kicks it fresh-styles; Rune and Matt make cameos; music by Jurassic 5 (as if ya didn’t know it).

I should add that, other than clipping the first couple of seconds off the first song, this is raw footage; no kicks (or self-serves ahem) were harmed in the making of this video ;)

Oh yeah, and it was all shot by my Macbook Pro’s built-in iSight, edited with iMovie, and compressed with Compressor.

    Nice video allan, good to see you kick again, it’s been a while. You should try to make it down to sjff. Also, what kind of shoes are you wearing?

    Meh. I like them; they keep me from having to order Lavers; but, there’s something missing. I’d like to try Quantum’s, but the shipping is a killer . . .
