We Do Not Sell Crapsacks

I’m never surprised when I check the old inbox and see the typical email from some foreign footbag supplier – usually it’s Pakistan. Nearly always, there’s the same general spiel (generally in broken English) about how great their bags are, and what great prices they offer. I’ll admit, the prices are generally pretty good (though you’ve got to factor in that shipping cost, which can often double the cost of the products) and every once in a while they may accidentally make a decent bag for kicking (mind you, I’ve yet to see a decent freestyle bag). I also wonder about just what kind of working conditions these bags are being manufactured in. I’m not saying that they’re made in sweat shops, but then again, how does somebody really know that they are not?

Anyhow, I usually have to cringe when I look at the pictures… I sometimes wonder if a people have any idea what a sphere really is (technically speaking, it’s a three dimensional circle -I’ve added the gray circular highlight for comparison):

Admittedly, some of our bags have gotten less than stellar ratings (particularly the hemp style bags), but some people prefer hemp even though it doesn’t generally make for the best footbag material. Our main focus is mid- to high-end footbags: We offer the types of footbags that professionals actually use in competitions.
