A few days ago Allan pointed out to me that only *one* video came up in Yahoo! Videos when you searched for “footbag”. It’s only few days later and now there are over a dozen: Yes this sport is going to explode! Anyhow, the first one I saw up there was touted as “An extreme video of footbag (freestyle hackey [sic] sack).” It had a nice soundtrack, and some decent, albeit very one-sided intermediate level shred, not exactly extreme to the trained eye (though probably extreme compared to that average “hacky sacker”). The biggest move was 4 adds. This video had over 33,000 hits at the time!
I figured that when the general public is looking to see “extreme footbag”, that they should have a chance to be exposed to some of the best! So, I added Penske’s latest two videos (one of which has, for comparison, an EIGHT add move). We’ll be adding more videos there in the future, but we’ll always post videos (or at the very least links to videos) here on the Freedom Footbags Blog, so stay tuned folks!
