What is your return policy for Shoes?

A: Shoes without any visible signs of wear or modification may be returned for a for a full refund, less a 5% restocking fee and shipping charges (Note that shipping charges for shoes vary based on shipping location per item description). Please be sure that your shoe fits before you decide to use them! Refunds will not be given on used shoes!

Unused shoes that are the wrong size may be exchanged for a 5% restocking fee. The customer is also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement shoes per shipping costs on the item description plus the base shipping cost ($4.00).
